LAQUE’s spaces are built upon the story of Vietnamese water rice culture. Based on the selected materials by the locals, together we are telling stories about a Hoi An “là quê” from every single traveler. With a long-term strategy oriented to a lively heritage, LAQUE always maintains the spirit of the ancient town to bring the new experience about the spaces & services quality.
Local food
Cao Lau, a special food of Hoi An ancient town , has been listed among the most attractive rice noodles in Asia by CNN. LAQUE wants to bring to our customers the original taste of a Cao Lau with caramel yellow color rice noodles with fresh vegetables from Tra Que and tasty pork that are raised, fed & grown by local people in old traditional ways.
